Not only do these help us negotiate good values, it also makes the prices being charged by various providers transparent to all.

Aside from saving money, a feedback loop is created where good providers get more business and marginal or dishonest ones are quickly known to the whole community. Be sure to fill out the quick performance evaluation of any vendors you hire.

Community Web, which runs this service for the neighborhood strives to benefit both the residents and the service providers in the community with our system, but we work for the residents.
